FAMILY

My husband, Michael and I have lived on Decker Road in Stanford for 20 years. 
We have an adult son, a daughter and one grandson. I am a beekeeper and avid gardener.
 
PROFESSIONAL

My career has been in Education and Social Work.  I was the Director of Social Services at the Astor Home for Children in Rhinebeck, NY.  I also worked as Intake Coordinator at Albany County Mental Health while coordinating their teen drop in center at Crossgates Mall.  Early in my career, I founded and directed St. John?s Pre-School in Lewisboro, NY; co-directed a transitional living facility for mentally ill young adults and taught third grade and home bound students.
I am an active member of the Episcopal Church of the Regeneration in Pine Plains

RESIGNATIONS AND NEW APOINTMENTS
 
After several years on the Stanford Democratic Committee Johanna Shafer and Roseanne Weinstein have resigned. Each plans to remain active and available to assist with the work of the local Democratic Party. We are most appreciative to Johanna and Roseanne for all they have done and look forward to our continued relationship with them.
 
Congratulations to Mel Eiger and Marge Hueglin who have been appointed as new members to the Stanford Democratic Committee.

The preceding Monday of the Month the Board meets in a workshop. All the meetings are in Town Hall and start at 7.30 PM.
